ABOUT HERBERT H. BOYD, JR.
GETV's Founder and CEO.Mr. Boyd was born and raised in Port Chester, New York and grew up in the Church. He was baptized at the age of 12, and became president of the youth. group and sang in the choir. He Joined the Military during the Vietnam era like his father before him who served in WWII and the first Korean War.

After the Military he worked as an Auto Mechanic by day and a Club Disc jockey by night. He also managed two Rap groups and an R& B Band. Mr. Boyd later started working as a Manager/Salesman for other companies for over 20 years. Mr. Boyd started GETV under the inspiration of his mother Hardena Boyd, who played the church organ, filled in as church choir director, and was well known for her alto opera singing voice. Because of her upbringing, Mr. Boyd had the foundation for a great vision, so GETV was born. Mr. Boyd was also greatly inspired by Dr. Frederick K. C. Price of the Ever Increasing Faith Ministries out of California. Dr. Price has been his teacher for over 20 years, and Mr. Boyd is a Faith Partner in Dr. Price's Ministry

Mr. Boyd is a recent graduate of Ct. School of Broadcasting, learning all aspects of TV & Radio.
